Keeping in mind this intent, the refund and cancellation policy has been drafted and applied to serve the customers. There could be customer dissatisfaction but the same needs to be tackled in accordance with the rules lay down in the policy segment of the company. 

 

Customers are not essentially empowered with liberties to cancel the projects and expect a refund from us. The matter will be treated in accordance with the laws that the company has drafted. Some of the laid down rules and policies regards cancellations are given below.

Cancellation Policy:

 

1. Services aligned for Domain Name Registration: The Domain that is assigned to you is looked after by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), that the assigning company like us have no control over. Therefore, once you have bought the Domain, it becomes your property and cannot be cancelled at all before its expiry. 

 

2. If the services that you have booked with us have been done in the promotional period under some discounts then it is impossible for us to end that project. These services had been exclusively provided for a limited duration by WebIndiaInfo and therefore cannot be cancelled. 

 

3. We follow a constant renewal pattern and if you have been booked with us with some kind of monthly or annual agreement, then for any changes sought an email should be sent. Only then it could be considered. 

 

4. The above cancellations mentioned not only needs to be notified in a mail but also has to be done a good 7 days prior to the end of the active period. All on-going promotions, website hosting or domain registration services fall in this category. 

 

5. There is no money refund back policy that we follow. Therefore, it is advised that you should be very careful before committing to us or assigning us with your work and be very assured about it. 

 

 

1. If a client is not happy with the end result, under any circumstances he cannot claim any refund at any point. The company WebIndiaInfo does not entertain it for the projects were according to your specifications.

 

2. It is irrespective whether you have paid with a credit card or a Payment Gateway, the amounts once charged will be expected to be fully paid as originally decided. 

 

3. Domain related services are not returnable at all. So if the domain has been purchased or transferred, it is for the complete cycle of the Domain period. It can under no circumstances be cancelled or returned but the person who has brought it that is the client will have to use it for its whole term. 

 

4. Along with the non-returnable money, even the taxes cannot be returned. After all they are deposited to the Government and once charged, we absolutely cannot refund it back.
